Description: |
The Kobes Residence was designed to allow for maximum energy efficiency and built on an in-fill lot that takes advantage of passive solar design. The foundation was poured using Insulated Concrete Forms. This custom home also features a Geothermal Heating System, On-Demand Hot Water, and energy efficient appliances. Other green features includes cement fiber siding and increased R-values in both insulation and the windows. |
