Description:

The Jones Building is a wood frame two-story office building that was built with
special requests from the clients. They wanted their office to have a comfortable and
home like feel since they spend a great deal of their time at the office. It features
large offices, expansive views, a large break room with a full kitchen, and a covered
patio for entertaining. We suggested a storm water retention vault instead of a
typical retention pond to maximize the usage land. A parking area sits directly
over the vault.

The project consisted of a historical renovation of an existing building in downtown Bellingham. The restaurant provides for one of the most romantic dining experiences in Bellingham.
