The Kobes Residence is a 5-star Certified Built Green home. It was designed to allow for maximum energy efficiency and built on an in-fill lot that takes advantage of passive solar design. The foundation was poured using Insulated Concrete Forms. This custom home also features a Geothermal Heating System, On-Demand Hot Water, and energy efficient appliances. Other green features includes cement fiber siding and increased R-values in both insulation and the windows. |

shortens the build time and also provides extra insulation. This custom home will
also feature a slate roof, granite stone exterior, large balconies, and the finest
interior finishes. Other green features include a Geothermal Heating System and a design the utilizes passive solar energy. |

This design-build project consists of adding 10,000 sqft. to the existing church building. The new addition includes a large meeting space, offices, and classrooms. The new and old buildings are joined by a light and open narthex. Green elements include a rainwater collection system, increased insulation, the used of recycled lumber, and a high efficiency heating system. |
