Kobes Residence

Location: Lynden, WA
Description: The Kobes Residence is a 5-star Certified Built Green home. It was designed to allow for maximum energy efficiency and built on an in-fill lot that takes advantage of passive solar design. The foundation was poured using Insulated Concrete Forms. This custom home also features a Geothermal Heating System, On-Demand Hot Water, and energy efficient appliances. Other green features includes cement fiber siding and increased R-values in both insulation and the windows.

DeJong Residence

Description: This home by Credo Construction is Energy Star & Green Built certified. This custom home features an entertainment sized kitchen with prepping island, vaulted ceilings, white oak hardwood floors, ceramic tile, deluxe carpet in bedrooms, designer wall colors, solar tubes, granite counters, stainless appliances, Kemper cabinets, hot water circulation, and a dedicated office.

Dhaliwal Residence

Location: Surrey, BC, Canada
Description: This 10,000 sqft. custom home features the finest building materials and techniques available. The foundation was poured using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) which shortens the build time and also provides extra insulation. This custom home will also feature a slate roof, granite stone exterior, large balconies, and the finest interior finishes. Other green features include a Geothermal Heating System and a design the utilizes passive solar energy.

Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship Expansion
Client: Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship
Architect: Urban Design Group
Location: Bellingham, WA
Description: This design-build project consists of adding 10,000 sqft. to the existing church building. The new addition includes a large meeting space, offices, and classrooms. The new and old buildings are joined by a light and open narthex. Green elements include a rainwater collection system, increased insulation, the used of recycled lumber, and a high efficiency heating system.
