Todd
Lapinsky - President and General Manager
Todd brings 28 years of experience in commercial, residential, agricultural, and
light industrial building projects. He is well respected in the building industry
for his solid project management skills, vast construction knowledge, and his emphasis
on quality and ability to bring projects in on time and on budget. Todd is also
known for his creative thinking and ability to visualize and facilitate the project
from beginning to end.
Clarence
Kobes - Project Manager
Clarence comes to Credo Construction with 21 years experience in residential, multifamily,
commercial, and agriculture construction. He is recognized throughout the industry
for his project management skills and demonstrates he is capable of supervising
multiple projects from small tenant improvements to multimillion dollar commercial
projects.
Kevin
Lynch - Vice President
Kevin holds a BS and an MBA from Western Washington University. He has a strong
background in both business and technology and has expertise in corporate information
systems, marketing, and finance. Kevin is responsible for analyzing Credo's financial
situation, handles all marketing related tasks, and manages the company's technical
needs.
Donna Kelly - Controller
Donna holds a Bachelors degree in accounting from Denver University. She has worked in public accounting for 8 years and has 12 years of accounting experience within the construction industry – from a kitchen & bath remodeling company to a Colorado mountain asphalt paving company.
Jules
Manos - Senior Estimator
Jules has ten years experience as an estimator in the local construction industry,
working on new construction, commercial construction, and remodels. He has the ability
to estimate with great detail and manage multiple projects small and large. Jules
also has a strong background in customer service and sales.
Dale
Jenks - Business Development Manager
Dale comes to Credo Construction with 23 years of experience in commercial, residential,
light industrial projects. He also holds an A.S. degree
in Sales and Marketing. He is well respected in the building industry for his solid
management skills, vast construction knowledge, and his emphasis on quality. Dale
is known for his creative thinking and ability to manage and train employees in
all areas of construction.
