Todd Lapinsky - President/General Manager
Todd brings over 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, agricultural, and light industrial building projects. He is well respected in the building industry for his solid project management skills, vast construction knowledge, and his emphasis on quality and ability to bring projects in on time and on budget.


Clarence Kobes - Vice President/Project Manager
Clarence comes to Credo Construction with 21 years experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, and agriculture construction. He is recognized throughout the industry for his project management skills and demonstrates he is capable of supervising multiple projects from small tenant improvements to multimillion dollar commercial projects.


Kevin Lynch - Controller  
Kevin holds a BS and an MBA from Western Washington University. He has a strong background in both business and technology and has expertise in corporate information systems, marketing, and finance. Kevin is responsible for analyzing Credo's financial situation, handles all marketing related tasks, and manages the company's technical needs.


Jules Manos - Senior Estimator
Jules has ten years experience as an estimator in the local construction industry, working on new construction, commercial construction, and remodels. He has the ability to estimate with great detail and manage multiple projects small and large. Jules also has a strong background in customer service and sales.


Roger Woods - Construction Manager
Roger has 30+ years of experience in residential, industrial, and commercial construction/development industries throughout the Northwestern United States. He has experience with office complexes, shopping centers, and industrial centers from design to finish. His primary role at Credo will be business development and helping clients with land acquisition, financing, and design.


Mike Ward - Project Manager
Mike has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, safety, quality control, subcontractors, and employees. He will do whatever it takes to get the job to run as smoothly as possible while producing a quality product on time and on budget.


Kathy Green - Administrative Assistant
Kathy brings over 13 years of experience in the construction field to Credo Construction. Her responsibilities include all phases of subcontractor management, accounts payable, and payroll. Prior to joining Credo, she was in the purchasing department for a housing manufacturer and has worked for several commercial contractors and developers.
