This well know commercial building in downtown Bellingham has been around for many years. It was due for an exterior face lift and fresh look. The interior T.I was completed the previous year.

Scope of work included all new exterior finishes consisting of Hardi Color Plus materials for lap, panel, soffit and trims. New decking materials, rails, stairs, and painting of all remaining materials.
