In a 10 month process, in 2014/2015, Credo Construction completed restoration of 12 building for a total of 84 units. Scope consisted of demolition and repair of water damage and rotten materials, structural repairs, new vinyl decks and rails, new WRB, Â new Hardi siding and trims throughout. 12 carports were re-roofed also.
