Barrett Buildings

Barrett Rd Building #1 was the first building of a 3-building complex. Building #1 is 8,500 sq. ft. and has been followed by a 20,400 sq. ft. Building #2 completed in the Winter 2021.

Building #1 is complete and has been leased as a commercial shell with 1 complete ADA restroom, fully sprinkled and heated, 600 AMP- 3 Phase power with 480 volt, as needed.
