Crown Plaza Hotel – Seattle

The Crown Plaza is a 34-story hotel located in downtown Seattle. The project was completed in two phases. Phase 1 included a 5-floor interior and exterior renovation with a new lobby, custom marble and casework, conference rooms, meeting facilities, eateries, and workout center. Phase 2 included a 418-room renovation on 29 floors, fully managed and completed over a 5-month construction schedule with the hotel in full operation.
