Walton Beverage Expansion

The Walton Beverage expansion consists of 30,400 SF of additional warehouse space to an existing 74,000 SF facility. The building is built with 27’ eave heights and Will include 11 new loading docks with Hydraulic dock levelers, Dock seals and forklift charging stations. This project including relocating and existing 5400 SF x 25’ cooler into the new expansion area and increasing the size to 9000 SF. We installed a 32’ x 16’ freezer in the new expansion area as well.

In Order to facilitate this new expansion, we had to increase the size of the fire flow system and add over 1000 LF of new fire lines in the public right away.
