Cowden Truck Shop

Cowden is a Pre-Engineered Steel Building designed to provide maintenance and repairs to a fleet of concrete trucks. The building has an interior crane system to allow for removing truck bodies during repairs. Features include insulated metal wall panels and a recycled oil fueled boiler to provide in floor radiant heating throughout the building. The building offers 1200 SF of parts storage, a second story mezzanine office area, and a third-floor storage loft.
