Lopez Island Creamery

Lopez island Creamery are a rapidly growing local ice cream company in the Northwest Washington area. They have expanded into this brand new 15,000 sq. ft. building of their own.  It is a 150′ x 100′ clear span building by Chief Building Company. The building features single slope design, exterior patio with roll-up overhead doors to provide access to the retail ice-cream shop and deli. Exterior pre-cast panels and canopies at the overhead doors provided by Chief.
