Walton Beverage, Ferndale

The Walton Beverage expansion consists of 30,400 SF of additional warehouse space to an existing 74,000 SF facility. The building is built with 27’ eave heights and includes 11 new loading docks with Hydraulic dock levelers, dock seals, and forklift charging stations. Expansion requires an increased fire flow system and the addition of over 1000 LF of new fire lines in the public right away.
