Woods Residential Remodel

The house was built in 1993 but suffered from water damage due to improperly installed flashing, house wrap, and windows. A complete DuPont Weatherization System was installed for protection against the Northwest’s wettest weather. The entire garage was moved and turned90 degrees to optimize views of the home. The height of the house also included challenges: requiring extensive scaffolding to reach difficult areas to support a safe work area.
