This depends on the amount of furniture and contents. If it is one or two rooms, then yes, Credo can move furniture and contents to another location onsite, as determined by the property owner. Anything more than that then Credo will arrange to have the contents moved if customer requests.

Yes, we recommend you get a quote for the “like” replacement in addition to a quote for the upgrade product. Any amount over the “replacement cost” would be an out-of-pocket expense to the customer.

If the damage is due to the cause of the loss and was missed during the initial inspection, Credo will re-inspect, add revisions to the estimate and submit a supplemental to the insurance company. If it is not due to the cause of the loss, we will need to confirm with the insurance company, prior to work being done, to determine if it is covered or if it will be an out-of-pocket expense to the customer.

A Supplemental is needed when something damaged was missed at first inspection; or the market value of replacement products such as cabinets, flooring, etc. are higher than the pricing insurance gave on your original claim. Credo will submit these to your insurance adjuster for the additional amounts to be approved and added to your claim as a “supplemental”.

This depends on the type of damage that occurred. If it is a smaller water damage, then yes. However, you must be ok with work starting at 7:30am. If this was a bigger loss, like a tree hit the roof, then Credo would recommend you living off site during the restoration process. This process is between you and your insurance adjuster, Credo takes no part in the additional living expenses.

Of course!  If you request work to be done that is out of the scope of your insurance claim or goes beyond the repair of your property to its original condition, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Credo would be to provide you with a quote for the additional remodel work.
